The client, an owner of a design-build construction company desired a home which exuded simplicity, yet with an under-tone of luxury for his 3 BHK apartment. The material palette for this house is kept minimal with a relatively imposing textured marble flooring to contrast against the raw concrete finished wall, exposed white terracotta bricks, and ash wood veneer used for furniture blocks.
