The Baithak Restobar is an existing restaurant on the old Mumbai-Pune highway.  Apart from the main restaurant building which is already built and functional, the site offers huge vacant spaces on the three sides of the existing building. The client desired spaces which offers flexible possibilities for dining, viewing sports, and partying, for all groups. Towards this, the solution of a central "fair like" street was proposed along which a host of spaces such as private shacks, group dining spaces, open-air bar, lounge spaces, etc. are positioned.
